Terms and conditions of the Alimomy.legal service
1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms of Use") govern the Terms of Use of the Claim Preparation Services (the "Service") provided through the website at Alimony.legal (the "Website").

1.2. The operator of the website and service provider is Alimony Ltd. (hereinafter "Alimony.legal"), address 430 Park Ave, New York, NY 10022, US, commercial register code 16229006, e-mail address info@alimony.legal.

1.3. By accepting the Terms and conditions, the user of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "User") confirms that all data entered by him is correct and he has all the rights and authorizations to use the Services.

2. Service

2.1. Alimony.legal allows the User to prepare procedural documents through the Website for claiming or reducing the monthly maintenance for a minor child through a court.

2.2. In order to provide the service, the User must fill in the mandatory data fields prescribed on the website http://alimony.legal..

2.3. The service fee is 99€.

2.4. After paying for the service, Alimony.legal prepares the procedural document that is the subject of the agreement and sends it to the User's e-mail address. The procedural document will be sent within 1 day.

2.5. The service fee can be paid securely through credit card payments: Visa or MasterCard. The payment intermediary is Maksekeskus AS. Payment is made outside the Website in the secure environment of the respective bank. Alimony.legal does not have access to the data of the User's bank.

2.6. Alimony.legal is the chief processor of the User's personal data. Alimony.legal forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

2.7. After making a payment via the bank link, the User must click the "Back to Merchant" button, after which the User will be redirected to the website confirming the receipt of the order.

2.8. After confirming the order, the User has no right to withdraw from the contract (§ 53 (4) 1) of the LPA). By preparing the procedural document which is the object of the agreement and sending it to the User, Alimony.legal has fully fulfilled all the obligations arising from the agreement.

2.9. The preparation of a procedural document through a website does not constitute the provision of legal aid. In order to receive legal assistance, the User may contact Alimony.legal by writing to info@alimony.legal.

3. Copyright and processing of personal data

3.1. Alimony.legal owns the copyright and other rights concerning the website and the content of the application.

3.2. The claim made on the website and its contents are confidential. The user has the right to forward the statement of claim only to the parent who is in breach of the maintenance obligation. The user does not have the right to make the content of the claim prepared by Alimony.legal publicly available without the prior written consent of Alimony.legal..

3.3. Alimony.legal processes the following personal data: first and last name, e-mail address. The User has the right to inspect the data entered by him / her at any time and to request from Alimony.legal the deletion of all data concerning the User and entered by him/her.

3.4. Alimony.legal does not transfer, sell or disclose the User's data to third parties.

4. Final provisions

4.1. Alimony.legal has the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. The amended Terms of Use shall enter into force upon their publication on the Website.

4.2. Alimony.legal is not liable for direct, indirect, punitive, factual or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or the content of the Website, even if Alimony.legal was aware of the possibility of such damage.

4.3. The law of the Republic of Estonia shall apply to legal relations arising from the Terms of Use.

4.4. The User and Alimony.legal will try to resolve possible disputes through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in the Tallinn courthouse of the Harju County Court.
