In the attachment you will find the maintenance claim document prepared for you. Please read the document and make sure it meets your specific needs. After you have read the document, sign it and send it to the other parent. The document can be sent by e-mail, regular mail or delivered directly.
Upon receipt of the document, the parent is required to fulfill the maintenance obligation in the manner provided by law and described in the document.
If the other parent decides not to fulfill his maintenance obligation, then by sending this document you have done everything required by law to avoid litigation. This means that in the case of a possible legal dispute, all the legal costs will presumably be borne by the other parent, that is by the party who has caused the litigation and against whom the judgment will be given.
